The Köppern Management

As a family-run enterprise in the fourth generation, Köppern has forged a
deep-rooted and sustainable relationship with its workforce as well as with its customers and partners.

The executive board is shared between Christopher Schäfer, who also represents the family ownership of the company, and Dr. Eggert de Weldige.

The subsidiary companies in our group are each locally managed by their own managing directors. This decentralized organisation structure allows the Köppern Group companies to adapt themselves to their local market situations and thus to provide our customers with services tailored to their specific requirements.

The collective effort of all the group's employees towards our customers is a central element of our motivation and leadership.
